BIZ REGISTRATION provides information and services regarding companies registered office addresses. A company's registered office is where official correspondence and all formal legal notices addressed to the company are sent. Every company that has relocated its registered office must notify the Ministry within 30 days of the change. A special resolution is required, however, if the registered office has been relocated to another city within the same state. When a registered office is transferred from one state to another, the Company must follow certain procedures. It must then place an advertisement in the newspaper as well as notify the State Government and obtain NOC.
