Biz Registration helps you register under Foreign Contribution Regulation Act with complete privacy, convenience and confidentiality.
In order to accept funds or donations from foreign entities or resources, any organization with a specific cultural, social, educational, religious or economic objective must register under the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA). According to Section 6 of the FCRA, any organization engaging in charitable activities must receive permission from a government agency before accepting funds or donations from any entity. This permission is granted through the filing of an appropriate application form and other requirements set forth by law.
The FCRA Registration is valid under normal circumstances for five years following the date of approval. For the purpose of accepting any more foreign contributions, it must be renewed once this five-year period has passed.
