Limited Liability Partnership(LLP)

The LLP is a limited legal form of business entity registered with the Registrar of Companies (ROC). The incorporation of an LLP allows you to enjoy all the benefits of a Private Company, a Limited Liability Partnership, or your own Private Limited Company. When you incorporate your business in India, you will need to register with the Registrar of Companies (ROC). LLP registration helps you in many ways as it enables you to shield your business from insider trading, misappropriation of funds, negligence, and so on.

To finalize this process, the partners need to submit the following scanned documents,

1. PAN Card or Passport
2. Aadhaar card/ Voter ID/ Driving License/Passport Copy
3. Latest bank statement/ latest telephone or mobile bill/ latest electricity bill
4. Passport size photograph
5. Blank document with specimen signature.

NOTE- The first three documents must be self-attested by one partner. Foreign Nationals or NRIs must have all paperwork notarized (if present in India or a Commonwealth country) or apostilled (if from a commonwealth country).

For a registered office address, you must submit (scanned copies),

1. Utility bills
2. Notarized rental agreement in English
3. NOC (No Objection Certificate) from the property’s owner
4. Sale deed/ property deed in English (owned property)
